Tyne and Wear Metro List of Tyne and Wear Metro stations |
Meadow Well Metro station is on the Tyne and Wear Metro in the UK. It was formerly called Smith's Park, and was a brand-new station for the Metro. The station is located on an estate where the Meadow Well Riots took place, and although the area has greatly improved, the estate's still poor condition means the station is a common target of juvenile delinquency and congregating youths.
